Are my eggs good

I have some quail eggs that are 5 days old. I candled them today and some were a bit darker than others but I have a home made incubated and no thermometer except an Aral one and since I started incubating them the temp gets as low as 101 and as high as 108 but it's only cotton that high once other than that 105 is it's born high. Are they still good.

Please post on the quail thread _ I have no idea what temps are normal for incubating quail. You really need a good thermometer or hygrometer for your incubator.

You defiantly need to check the Forums Nav: and look up incubating and join the April hatch along with the rest of us and learn what you need to have before you start incubating and the first thing you need is to learn how to keep your temps under 100F degrees and you hatch an egg in a sock pile in a cabinet with a simple light bulb I know as that is how I started ...


Do you have a simple computer fan available it is great to have for this .

Well thankfully I got it to 101 but this weekend I'm getting an actual incubator
