Are my girls too young?

I have 20 ameraucana pullets born July 1. I want to move them to a different hen house w/ lots more room. I have a 2-3 yr old ameraucana rooster that I want to eventually breed with them. Are they too young to put them in the same house with him now? They are 4 1/2 months old.

No. You are fine to mix the flock. My ameraucana's joined the flock at 7 weeks of age and did fine with the roosters.
