Are my Khaki Campells females or males?

Pics
I am having a problem because of the lighting in the picture but by that age my boy had a darker tail end, just above the tail and the girl a lighter one. I hope that they are both girls if that is what you want but in some of the pictures one looks to have the darker tail end.
I am starting to think all 3 are boys because the beaks seem paler than their mom's was

I will know more in a few weeks :) and we'll have some pictures of progress for next time.

I'll try to get pictures in daylight, the shades of brown were slightly different when their parents were that age.

Thanks for chiming in :) hope you are right

You are most welcome and Good Luck. I will be anxious to see how they turned out.

This picture makes the one on the left of the feed bowl look like a male with the dark tail and the one on the right a male and the middle one a female since it looks a little lighter. It is still hard to tell with the lighting though and I am not sure how accurate that way of sexing is but it surely worked for my two.

I looked back at the pictures of mine when they were younger and I agree with you that the boy's 'bum-top' was blacker. But right now the babies are still shedding their fluff, so there is still a small chance I have girls in there ;)

Either way, I'll figure out the living arrangements... I think I will need either a second floor on the duck coop, or a second coop. Boys upstairs & girls downstairs I suppose 😅 safer for eggs!

The middle one (possible girl) is bigger than the others (born same day) and shyer than the others, which is similar to my girl. I thought she was a few days older when she arrived from the store because she was always a few days ahead of the boy in development, and he was much braver than her, she was always a little shy, hiding behind his bravery.

That would agree with your bum-assessment ;)

The boy that I ended up having was always trying to mate anything and everything in the duck pen and was always chasing my girls so I rehomed him. I got another girl Khaki in the trade and both of them together are as sweet as can be. I have seen where others had a really calm boy Khaki so all of them are different for sure. I hope yours turn out to be the way you want them to be. I love the upstairs downstairs thought, that's really cute. A real dorm for them. lol.
