Are residents of Sacramento County allowed to own farm animals?

One of my many questions as a poultry owner is as to whether or not the law permits me to own farm animals, such as a duck or a rabbit. We have a fairly large backyard, much more than a single duck would ever need, and she is properly housed and cared for. All that I ask is that, if you would be so kind, to redirect me to a site that lists the rules and regulations for farm animals, if you are not so inclined to answer it yourself.
