Are rooster chicks bigger than pullets?

I agree it simply is an older chick.
Feed stores often put younger batches in with previous batches that haven't sold yet...thus you can get several week difference in ages.

And I too think, as of this time, it looks to be a pullet.

The BR on the right is at least a week or two older than the one on the left. Looks like a pullet to me.

Thanks! I thought they were the same age when I got them and they looked just alike then, but you are probably right.

Here she is close up.

Can you get a closeup of the comb? Because from what I'm seeing I don't think it's a single comb, and if it's not, then it's not a barred rock.

I checked to make sure, but she does have a single comb. I think she is just older than the store told me. Or...she's Godzilla chicken. Thanks for your help!
