Are silkies late bloomers?

I have 4 silkies that are the same age. One has developed wattles, comb and streamers and has crowed. I have 3 more that have no wattles and no real comb at this time. How likely is it that I have more Roos hiding in the flock that will be late bloomers? Thanks.

You may very well have more cockerels that are slower maturing.

There’s a chance there’s another hiding cockerel.

If you post clear pictures of each, some of the members may be able to help you identify pullets vs cockerels.

I have one buff one white one dark gray and one lighter gray. The lighter one is my rooster so far.

Those 3 look like pullets to me!

I think the rest look like pullets for now, but pictures of combs with crest pushed back is helpful.
