Are spots normal for young RIR's?

We bought 4 chicks, 2 Black Austrolorps and 2 Rhode Island Red's. When we got them home upon closer examination one of the "RIR's" had cheeks, or muffs, so we know she's an easter egger. But the other one appeared normal. Now that she has almost all of her wing feathers in, however, she has black and cream spots! Is this normal for a RIR chick? Will they go away?

You mean like these on one of my RIR chicks? If so, that's normal.

That's great to know, and yes that's what she looks like. I think she's about 3 weeks old know. I was worried that I had another chicken that will lay funny colored eggs. Thanks for the info!
