Are Sultan Roosters Loud?

I have a sultan rooster who’s getting close to a year now. He is very lax and shows hardly any rooster tendencies. He doesn’t do anything to the girls and hasn’t crowed at all. I knew sultans were slow developing, but I never expected it to be this slow. I’m lucky he’s not a yeller, but also would like to know if my little dude is just an chilling in life.

I haven't had that breed. All roosters are different. Hopefully yours will perk up a bit with spring approaching.
