Are there any at-home solutions to making your coop smell good (e.g. peroxide)?

Is there a way to make a chicken coop smell good without going out of the way to purchase special products? For example, can I use peroxide instead of oxine to cleanse the coop?

It is a purchased product, but it's really cheap- I mix Sweet PDZ with the bedding. It's about $10 for a 25 pound bag, and if you have a small coop that will easily last a year or more.
