The General looks like a girl to me, they all look like girls to me, but not sure about Amber. I guess if the OP is getting blue eggs then Amber would be a hen.

General Red looks like a hen to me, but then they all look like hens. Are you certain the eggs are developing? Have you candled them or cracked one open?
