I too have searched for Muscovy ducks via hatchery mail order and I've have finally located two hatcheries, yeah!
The County Hatchery will even clip the third part of their wing for only $1.00 /duckling prior to shipping. See the quote from their website; [Muscovy's] are "Excellent flyers, but you can clip the third section of one wing before they are one week old and they cannot fly. If you wish, we can do this for you at Country Hatchery for a charge of $1.00 per duckling".
