Are there any shows coming up around Houston, Tx?

Does anyone know if there are any chicken/poultry shows coming up around the Houston, Tx area? I live in a town outside of Houston and would like to attend a show to see what it is like.

The only 3 shows in the Houston area are:

Bluebonnet Classic- College Station- January 8th 2011
South Texas Fair- Beaumont - March 2011
South Texas Classic- La Grange - February 2011

Thanks for the question and the info. Hope to go to the College Station and La Grange shows. Do we know what weekend or day yet?
