They are cockerels. Polish hens don't develop wattles until much later.

Bearded polish? Bearded birds typically do not get wattles.

From my understandings it can take about a year for polish hens (who do get wattles) to fully develop wattles. @LadiesAndJane might be able to help you out.

Here he is! He has always been a bit developmentally behind the others so I’m guessing we just need to wait a bit longer for the wattles. Do you know if blue polish are smaller in size? He is half the size of our rooster even though they are the same age.
