Is it possible to have chicks that are different sizes or only some behind??? I just candles more and some seem quite a bit bigger than others..

Yes, due to uneven temps within the bator some can grow faster than others.

Hmm my incubator has a fan in it ..how long do you think I should hold off and when should I take the egg turner out then?

Priority should be getting the incubator to correct temperature.

I'd wait to lockdown until I saw an internal pip in candling.
