Are these Bantam Cochin chicks blue or splash ?

They have blue feathers, but they have white feathers mixed into their feet & wing feathers.

They look black mottled, or very, VERY dark blue mottled.

black, most black colored chicks have white on them till final/adult feathering, blue would be more gray

langshan chicks are a good example of more white than black as chicks, and you get a soild black bird as on adult
