Think about it this way too. Even someone who has an exceptional breeding trio might hatch out 25 chicks and out of those chicks they might have 1 or 2 show birds and then 7 or 8 nice birds, a bunch of average birds, and a bunch that are below average. It takes a lot of numbers to get something special.
