Are these both cockerels?

The splash(Splash Orp/EE) is throwing me off as it had some obvious brothers and then it's sisters aren't nearly as red in the face.
The black one(Birchen Cochin/Bantam PhoenixxOE) is hard to tell with the black comb.

Oh I forgot to add that they are 8-9 weeks old.

The splash looks like a pullet.

The dark bird, I'm just not sure. My first thought was pullet, but that's a good amount of comb for the age. The dark color is throwing me off, but it could be pigment.

The splash keeps worrying me as it is the only splash EE I've hatched all year. And the black one has a bunch of sisters with smaller combs who are feathering out differently.

Ugh it's so hard to tell.

Dark one is a cockerel... the Birchen may not be correct, but is still following the male feather pattern...
