Are these chicks a sex link?

As a newbie chicken breeder can anyone please tell me if my black australorp rooster x light sussex hen will produce sex link chickens? I have hatched 20 ( mix of the above and also aust x barnie) black chickens and 4 white with some black marks on their backs, also, at one week old some have longer wing and tail feathers than others.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
