They have a duck house but no enclosed run. They are free. They like to make little dens in thick brush near the creek. That’s why it’s a bear trying to find their hideouts.

Well, here it is, the first egg!
(Well, the first whole egg, anyway, there was that smashed one last month.)
Only instead of putting it in the duck house in the nice soft straw, she just plopped it on the ground on the bank of the pond!
I think my ducks need parenting classes.
