Hello, new to the forum and raising chickens. Anyway, in the spring I brought some easter egged chicks to go along with the Columbia rock X chicks as I thought my little kids would get a kick out of blue/green eggs. As they got older, I started reading this site to learn how to spot the males. At 12 weeks one of them developed the bright red comb and the aggressive behaviour so I found him a good home. Anyway, I thought I lucked out with only 1 male until yesterday until I heard crowingat 17 weeks. I found him a new home but his 2 nest mates look fairly similar to him but not as large or red pea comb. Hoping someone can confirm if these 2 are male as the flock should be laying soon. Thanks

Thank you both for confirming this. I guess I'll be looking for homes for these guys too. I wish could have been able to tell faster but it was only in the last 2 weeks that the colours showed up on these guys. Any tips for integrating 3 new hens with the 7 I already have?
