They look to be lilac. A combination of blue and chocolate. Not lavenders

Yes, lilac makes sense. That would explain the brownish/champagne undertones. I took a few more pictures this evening.

Well, I was unsuccessful at hatching in the incubator. Everything was going great until the last few days. Maybe the humidity was too high. I added water for "lock down" and on top of the humid weather we were having, I think it was just too much.

On a brighter note, one of my muscovy hens hatched 9 babies on Monday! I have 1 lilac and 1 chocolate hen still sitting on clutches. They should hatch any day! Now, what am I going to do with all these babies?? It's a good problem to have. I love Spring Time on the farm!
