Are these guys split for white? PICS!

Hey everybody I hatched 3 india blue peafowl a few months ago and I ended up with 1 girl and 2 boys. Well I notice that the female and one of the males have white feathers in their wing feathers. Does this mean that they are split for white? And if I breed them together what percent of the offspring will be white? I've ALWAYS wanted white peafowl!!

Yes the male is split white or is darkpied.....don't see white on the female.
