Fair. They both look like Roos to me too. But if you’re sure one of them is laying, pic 2/3 looks slightly less than 1/4. What color are the eggs?

I have other hens that normally lay (3) then I have 3 hen chick about 10 weeks so unless one is laying early ? I just thought it might be one of the two in pics and I got gender wrong

Neither of them are roosters or hens. The reddish-brown one is definitely a cockerel. The white one is a little hard to tell but I would place my vote on late-maturing cockerel.
