I have other hens that normally lay (3) then I have 3 hen chick about 10 weeks so unless one is laying early ? I just thought it might be one of the two in pics and I got gender wrongPale brown ! So not the welsummer tiny

ji they are only around 14 weeksNeither of them are roosters or hens. The reddish-brown one is definitely a cockerel. The white one is a little hard to tell but I would place my vote on late-maturing cockerel.
