Totally agree with Gray Farms on the OP's babies.
No hatcheries offer Speckled Sussex bantams.....if anything, they would be Spangled Old English Game bantams (though these aren't mahogany enough to be Spangled OEGBs).
There are a few options here, and I'd like to rule some out.
