Totally agree with Gray Farms on the OP's babies. No hatcheries offer Speckled Sussex bantams.....if anything, they would be Spangled Old English Game bantams (though these aren't mahogany enough to be Spangled OEGBs).

So glad to run across your question, we also got a similar-looking bantam in our mix of chicks from TSC on 4/10. We’ve asked our chicken raising friends and she stumped most of them. View attachment 2106925

It was probably crossed with self blue OEGB or d'Uccle to get the colour

Most likely... I actually got a self blue OEGB in my assortment as well. I initially thought the feather footed self blue could be a d'Uccle but then it started to get feathers, but now definitely not
