Are these pullets?

We have two polish chickens that we thought were pullets but they both are growing spurs. Any help would be appreciated.

They are both females. I'm not sure that they are young enough to be pullets. Looks like they need treatment for scaly leg mites.

Agreed. Likely hens if they have spurs. I had White Crested Black Polish hens with spurs as well.
