Are these really Buff Orpington chicks?

There are many breeds that have chipmunk patterned down - speckled Sussex, Welsummers, and brown Leghorns to name a few of the common ones. EEs are also on that list but those usually have green legs so you can rule those out. You will have to wait until they feather in more to see what you have,
 
Thank you everyone, a local farm adopted them and I was able to aquire true Buff Orpingtons from them.

Hopefully you will be able to tell what type they are soon! This was one of my SS at about three weeks (my age may be off). The first wing feathers looked more grayish than brown at first on my little girls! All of mine look really different, (this is my favorite one though)
