We got our "Cuckoo Marans" from tractor supply Do you think they are? If not, what's your guess on breed?!

They look like they have a lot of laced something Wyandottes to me.

I have owned French Blue Copper Marans, and they didn't look anything like the ones pictured. They had no lacing.
Cuckoo. is more of a stripped pattern.

There is a blue Marans that does not have the copper coloring. Solid blue birds can indeed have what appears to be lacing they are known as “self laced“. Comb and leg feathering are consistent with Marans.
