Are these really Cuckoo Marans ?!

Chicken breeds literally confuse me! I wish it was more like dog breeds Looks to me like as if hatcheries can call their breeds whatever they would like Is their not a standard in place that they have to go by?

I totally agree, it does get confusing when different hatcheries have their own version of types of chickens. I bought two Blue Cuckoo Marans pullets and two Blue Australorp pullets. 2 have leg feathers and 2 do not, but they all look suspiciously like each other lol. I don't know, I just wanted a blue pullet with pretty lacing and it seems that that is what I got! Mine are only 6 weeks old, so I am excited to see how they look when they mature more.

No, I haven't posted any, I'll have to get some clear pictures and let you see them. My feathered feet one is light colored like your first picture. The other 2 (I am assuming are the "blue Australorps" because they are clean legged) are very dark. The other feathered feet one didn't make it, she was shipped to me with vent prolapse and she was so tiny she just didn't survive.
