Are these roos?

I got 3 chicks at a feed store: a cukoo maran, salmon faverolle, and cinnamon queen. Got them all as day olds 3 weeks ago. I’m really not great at telling if they are roosters until they start to crow and my neighbors complain. I can’t have roosters in the city where I live and already this spring I’ve given away 3 chicks who turned out to be roosters. This is my 3rd and final batch of chicks this year and I’m really hoping two out of three arent boys. What do ya’ll think? The Cukoo is 3 weeks and has what look like little wattles coming in. The salmon fav is huge and has lots of red in the comb already at 3 weeks.

Salmon Faverolles hens are normally lighter feathered, that looks like a roo indeed.

Cuckoo Marans looks to have female coloration (single barring.) The Faverolle, however, is the wrong color for a female.
