Sorry, I'm so late here. I somehow missed the tag until now.
They are a bit young to tell sex, so all we can do is guess. Usually, they have to be 4-5 months old to definitely sex them, but I've had some take nearly twice that long.
Males will start getting hackles on the backs of their necks, so that's usually a good sign. Their tail feathers will differ from those of the females. Pullet tails are usually ball-shaped, soft, and fuzzy, and the male's tail will look messier.
My guess is #3, your partridge is a pullet, and #4 is a cockerel, only because he just looks like one, and I believe I'm seeing hackle feathers. 1 & 2 I'm not sure. Those combs can either stop growing at this point or blossom out into a large walnut shape.
