The chick looks to be still very young, maybe three to four weeks? It's too soon to be able to see cockerel feathering. A little closer to ten weeks you should be able to see saddle feathers and perhaps a sickle feather shooting from the tail.

Effectively you will be looking for pointy feathers coming down the side of the butt. But yea, as was already pointed out, these tend to not show up until around 12 weeks.

If you are curious about the sex of your bird, spin them around and let's get a picture of the comb/wattle progress! If they are between 4-8 weeks, this could be a good indication of sex.
