Are they all Roos? Seriously?

They all have wattles and that black one has a little feather that curls down so I thought roos

The wattle development showing in these birds is small and, most importantly for gender assessment, pale. Cockerels will have more pronounced development that is brightly colored pink/red. Pullets don't really redden in the comb/wattles until they are nearing the point of lay

Well Blurry is another pullet!
The pointed looking feathers were just the patterning.

I looked and she is a she!
The color pattern is called birchen and can make the hackle feathers look pointed.
I think she is rather pretty.
