Are they fertilized?

Hey chicken lovers! My chickens are laying now!! Woohoo! We got them as chicks late this March and about 6 of them are laying. We got some shell-less ones yesterday so 2 more have started laying also. Anyway, can you tell me if these are fertilized? We have one rooster suspect, but no crowing yet ao we're not sure. I haven't seen any rough play either. Just wondering. Thanks!
