Are they getting better?

My two chicks that have cocci have been getting the treatment via syringe for a day and a half now. And they seem to have plateaued. I did notice their bloody poop has dulled in color. (From bright red to dark red) Is this a good sign?
 
Nevermind, the yellow one will be gone any minute now. I just went to do the feedings and it's on it's side, won't even open it's eyes. Hopefully the other one makes it though. He seems to be doing ok today.
 
Thanks. I was kinda hopeful and it melted my heart when it would nuzzle into my hand. But hopefully the other chick will make it.
