Your d'Uccle is a definite, for-sure pullet. Cockerels of this breed begin developing MUCH earlier than their female counterparts. Both genders assume a very "upright" stance.

I believe the rest are ladies, as well.

Thank you, it's been making me sick thinking they could be cockerels, I'd love some boys but I don't have enough hens or space to accommodate more than one.

I'm glad, I just love them, I can't wait to see them grow up they're just going to be the most beautiful birds I can tell, especially Debra, she's already stunning to me.

They are gorgeous! I haven't been around polish chickens much but your other two look like pullets for sure. Behavior is usually a poor indicator of gender -- individual chickens just vary so much on behavior, I have found. Let us know when you start getting eggs!

Yeah, I'll keep that in mind for next time but just the way my d'uccle especially carried herself, it was the mirror image of my adult rooster.

They are all girls. I understand that sinking feeling well. I once though my batch of six were all cockerels but they were all pullets!
