Are they old enough to be sexed?

Sometimes, with pullets, their behavior can change to become friendlier as the reach point of lay. My ladies have definitely calmed down and have let me get closer to them as they've aged so don't take their standoffish behavior to heart!
Oh yeah, Debra has been pretty sweet since she she was a few days old, Ginger likes to be around me and sit on my lap but hates to he held. And then there's Darla, I named her after my favorite aunt whom I've always been pretty close to, and Darla can't stand me. I figure it's because of her crest (she's the polish), she couldn't see very well so I trimmed some of her feathers away and she's a bit friendlier now that she can see but she's still pretty wild. I'm hoping she calms down as she gets older but if she doesn't I know she can't help it, I'd be a hundred times more nasty if I was her and somebody was trying to pick me up. Thanks!
