Are they Pullets?

Can someone tell me if they are Pullets? I'm not allowed to have roosters and we are hoping they will be hens. They are all 5 weeks old.

i am not nearly so sure. i see wattles already. at 5 weeks, that is a worry. the barred looks to be colored like a pullet, but it is clearly not a BR, likely a cuckoo.
