To Clarify:
D'Uccle is the breed. Mille Fleur is a color variety. Mottled is a color variety.

You birds are the mottled color variety of D'Uccle breed.

Therefore, they are mottled D'Uccles.

They are pure. They have vulture hocks and heavy feet feathering. Both of those traits would be lost in any outcrossing.
