Are they ready for the coop?

Chicks are fully feathered and between 6-8 weeks old (1 is 6 weeks, and the rest are 7 weeks old and 8 weeks old)...

Temps are 50-55 at night and 70 or so during the day.
 
Actually, if they are still on a heat lamp I would wean them off of it as quickly as it is possible to do so safely, then put them out.

Under anything but the most extreme weather conditions 6 week old chicks are ready to face the world, without heat lamps.
 
Just make sure their new home outdoors isn't drafty and they will be absolutely fine without the lamp.
