Are they ready.

I'm thinking my birds are ready to move out to the coop. Any thoughts?

Nights are still around mid 30s

They look ready. If they've been off heat I think they'd be fine. I put mine out between 5-7 weeks and we've had some random cold nights in the 30's and they've done great.

I agree - they look fully feathered and ready to be outdoors.
