Are they ready

My hens are 18 weeks old today. I purchased them from Tractor supply, first time chicken owner. I was told they were Easter Eggers and Olive Eggers, I read that if the combs are red they are getting close to laying. Is that true and if so would you call these red?
Also my babies are hot because it's very in Texas. I did give them frozen fruits and cool water to drink.

Yes! I'd say these are close! Keep in mind that in the heat, they may flush and then go back to pale when not as hot but judging by the size of the comb and wattles, I'd say they're very close to laying.

Extra noisy
Checking out the nest boxes

Thank you so much. They have gotten extra nosey lately and have been squatting. I also put there nesting boxes up yesterday so they are a bit weary of them but hopefully they like them.
