Leave the entrance door open. Put a pile of the Permethrin dust just inside the entrance to the coop. Then go get your leaf blower and hit the pile of Permethrin dust full blast.

It will look like a smoke bomb went off inside the coop. I guarantee you the dust will get in every crack and crevice and get the mites. Let the dust settle before opening vents and putting in new bedding.
Wear a disposable mask and protective eyewear and make sure your rooster doesnt wander in the coop until the dust has settled.
