Are they roundworms?

Panacur aka fenbendazole does not treat mites, only worms. Permethrin treats mites, Nu-Stock for scaly leg mites.
Cool. Permethrin, we have in spades. And soon possibly neem oil and Elector PSP. Our northern fowl mites keep finding new places to party, especially on the #1 cockerel and in his cabin. We have those testosterone-loving mites

Remove bedding from inside the coop and burn it or dispose of it far away from your birds as possible. Sweep out all debris as well. Close all vents, hang an old towel over the vents if you have to.
Leave the entrance door open. Put a pile of the Permethrin dust just inside the entrance to the coop. Then go get your leaf blower and hit the pile of Permethrin dust full blast. It will look like a smoke bomb went off inside the coop. I guarantee you the dust will get in every crack and crevice and get the mites. Let the dust settle before opening vents and putting in new bedding.
Wear a disposable mask and protective eyewear and make sure your rooster doesnt wander in the coop until the dust has settled.

Nice! I've tried the spray and the dust. The spray seems to do nothing. The dust rocks.
