Today we just found a stash of three eggs, one of our hens is laying while out free ranging for the day.

With in the last week, she has not been laying consistently in her box. There was two days in a row with no egg, and then egg, and then another day with no egg... so today we found three eggs in a stall in our barn, under a bucket. lol

What should I do with those three eggs?

Fill a bowl with water, deep enough to submerge the eggs, and gently place them in the water, one by one. If they lay flat on the bottom of the bowl, they are fresh, if they stand up or float, toss them.
