Yes it is fine. If his leg feathers are white his feet will be too.

That is incorrect. Feather color is not related nor has any influence on leg color. If that were the case then my French wheaten marans would have near black legs (which they don't) and would not meet the SOP.

Since you chicken is a cross breed there is no SOP so they could be any color of the rainbow and it would be acceptable.

It was genetically there it just happened to pop out. I had a roo hatch from a greenish legged hen and a yellow legged roo he came out white legged. The spots are just concentrated pigment, kind of like a chicken freckle.

Skin and leg color do not determine feather color.

Within limits, breed usually determines leg color. Feather color is the variety. Some breeds come in as many as 10 or more color variations but don't come in that many leg colors.

While on the subject, earlobe color doesn't determine egg color even though MOST white lobe birds lay white eggs. The aforementioned breeds, Penes and Emps both have white earlobes but lay extremely dark eggs.

Agree with Junebuggena. Skin color is separate from plumage color. White leghorns, white rocks, Rhode Island whites, white Chanteclers, white Japanese bantams, white Cornish-- these are some of the breeds that have white feathers and yellow legs.
