Are wisowbspiders dangerous around ducks ...or just a snack?

I'm pretty sure I crushed one against my leg that was under a feed sack I picked up. I balanced it on my leg to get a better grip to pour the feed and low and behold I look down and there's a scorpion dragging itself around all kind of squished. After appropriately saying lots of swear words I stomped it into oblivion.

Most spiders are harmless. The poisonous ones, black widow and brown recluse are easily identified and usually don't live out in the open in your house. Spiders are friendly and even entertaining. I have a huge cat face spider living in my bathroom that I feed meal worms. Her web commands about two square feet of space and she poops on my sink counter, but she gets to live there safely. In summer, she catches all my annoying bugs that fly in through the window screen.

Nononono I’m in Australia so they are like some of the worlds deadliest spiders and snakes here.

Just in case anyone’s confused OP is worried about a widow spider but I replied to the post about how deadly spiders can be dangerous to chickens, that is why I mentioned funnel webs because I’m located in Australia and I found one just the other day running around my house.

I found one.... and I’m worried my duckling might find another and try to eat it or get bitten. Does anyone actually know for sure about this?!
(Please only respond if you 100% know about this and please don’t just respond with your assumption or guess because I could do that easily myself— I want to know the facts about this because I’m worried about my duck thank you In advance)

I've lived in Australia for a while and I know for a fact that a redback spider bite can cause some serious problems, life threatening I'm some cases. If a duck was bitten it'd die.
Funnelwebs are fine unless they're the Sydney type. They'll also kill!
Don't let them eat them.

I know right! Like one of the kids at my school his dad had to go to hospital coz he was bitten by one.
