I just got back from a long trip to my parent's house and I am whooped! Getting everyone's pics and info updated tomorrow once I've had some sleep! I am definitely surprised at how close it is to the end of the month!

Hi, I entered the contest on the Brinsea site by mistake. I just joined the forum, but have actually gotten some useful information here in the past. Thanks, Stacy and aDozenGirlz. Here's my entry.

eggs its Easter. I added a cross to my almost finished coop.

Yes Happy Easter all! I already collected my eggs and got a bonus egg (think my retired hen decided to remind me why I keep her around) and my ducks have built themselves a secure nest in an old outhouse, so maybe I'll get natural born ducklings. Especially since the one's in my bator are very iffy at this point! High house humidity and very small air cells- if I get them to 10% weight loss by lockdown it will be a miracle.

Nice cross Randy!

Cheers!

Ducklings may be messier than chicks, but ducks are easy to care for when you have a pond! Heck I only feed them once a day and collect their eggs in return. Now their winter pen is a horrid mess!

I've raised more ducklings than chicks, and really find them very little work:cool:

I've seen a lot of ducks pictures with them wearing a harness or maybe a diaper? Do people keep ducks in their house? I'd think that would be hard unless they get to swim in your bathtub lol While I'm at it what kind of personality do ducks have? My experience is they don't mind you but bother them but those were pond ducks at my mom's house. Geese are a whoooollleee 'nother story, I've never met one that liked me! haha
