WOW! This would be such a wonderful idea! I would, for one, love to see this kind of podcast take off. Maybe you could do interviews with different leading industry pros, a bunch of popular backyard breeders or even a few new keepers to see what some common thoughts, concerns, interests and wishes are?

I would love to see an organized panel of folks from different walks who were each able to share one thing they loved about chicken rearing and something they wish they knew. Not a "last minute, sprung on them" type question but a preplanned "why do you do it?" kind of panel would be so interesting to hear from.
