Yikes - my graduating class was 17 - and we were the big town/school district in our area -- the next towns had graduating classes that year of 15 and 4, yes 4 (and that was a public school, not a small private or religious type school)!

we have some rural school districts with 10-15 graduates. Their proms are for the whole student body to attend--not just seniors.
